How to Apply for Financing for Addiction Treatment

Step 2: Enter all of your information into this form, as accurately as possible. Then check the box stating you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions for financing Addiction rehabilitation. Then click “Submit.”

Step 3: If you are approved for financing this screen will appear. Click “View Pre-Approval” to review your loan terms.

Step 4: Review the terms of your loan on this page. You can adjust the options until the number meets your needs. Once you are satisfied with the terms you can complete your loan for treatment at Serenity Malibu.

Step 5: You will be contacted as soon as your application is reviewed for accuracy and your loan has been funded by the bank. Once your loan for treatment is funded the funds for treatment at Serenity Malibu will appear in your bank account within 24 hours.
